Before we begin

We are joining the container ship Utrillo at Le Havre on Tuesday 11th October 2005. We shall be leaving our home in Oxford on Sunday 9th October and staying in Le Havre. We are unsure about when exactly we can join the ship, and know that we have to wait in Le Havre until we are told we can join.
